@LeoMLI The English version of the song is "Golden Earrings." Peggy Lee's treatment became a hit in 1947, the year in which a film of the same title appeared.
Err... Grisman and Garcia did a fine version of this (along w/Tony Rice, I think), but in acoustic music circles, it has been a standard for decades and decades. Doc Watson's version goes back to the 60s. Others go back to the 20s, or whenever recorded music came along. Oh - and this isn't bluegrass - notice no banjo, no mandolin, no fiddle, no upright bass, no dobro, and notice the electric guitar? This is just music - good, great music, but not bluegrass. Folk, maybe. : ) Thanks for posting.
